Return Policy

for Candles

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if there’s an issue, we want to make it right. Please read our return policy below:

Eligibility for returns

  • If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

  • We will provide a full refund or replacement for damaged or defective candles.

Non-returnable items

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on candles unless the product is damaged or defective.

  • Used or opened candles are non-returnable.

How to Return

  • To initiate a return for a damaged or defective candle, please contact our customer service team at contact@eratageinteriors.com with your order number and a description/photo of the issue.

  • If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges, but if the item is damaged or defective, we’ll be happy to replace it for you.

For Virtual styling packages

Thank you for choosing our Virtual Styling Service! We are dedicated to providing you with a tailored and professional design experience. Please review our return policy below:

Non-refundable service

  • All payments for our Virtual Styling Service are non-refundable once your project has been accepted by our team and design work has begun. 

Exceptions for scope issues

  • If the scope of the room or project submitted exceeds what can reasonably be accomplished through our virtual service (for example, major structural changes, or materials not suitable for remote design), we will notify you and initiate a full refund within 5 days of receiving your order. 

Service Modifications or adjustments

  • We do not offer modifications or adjustments to the styling plan once it has been delivered. Please ensure all details, preferences, and room specifications are accurately provided before initiating the service.

Incorrect Measurements

  • We are not responsible for any incorrect measurements provided by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all measurements submitted are accurate. Any design recommendations made based on inaccurate measurements are final, and no refunds or adjustments will be made in these cases.
